Liability:
Attendees participate in the seminar at their own risk. The host (JKA/WF AUSTRALIA) and any associated organizers or sponsors shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained during the event.
Refunds and Cancellation:
All sales are final, and there will be no refunds or exchanges for any reason. The host reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances or low registration numbers. In the event of cancellation, the host will refund the full registration fee paid.
Attendance:
Attendees must register in advance and present a valid photo ID at check-in to receive their seminar pass. The host reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by the seminar.
Code of Conduct:
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner during the seminar. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by the host or fellow attendees may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
