- The seminar host (JKA/WF AUSTRALIA) shall not be held liable for any damages, loss or injury sustained by any participant during the seminar.
- All participants acknowledge that they participate in the seminar at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety.
- There will be no refunds for the seminar fees, regardless of the circumstances.
- In the event that the seminar is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, the seminar host shall not be held liable for any losses or damages incurred by the participants. Any seminar fees will be refunded.
- By registering for the seminar, all participants agree to abide by the rules and regulations set by the seminar host.
- Any participant found violating the rules and regulations set by the seminar host will be immediately removed from the seminar without refund.
